Hua Dong Power successively delivered 32 pcs 200kw ultra-low temperature diesel gensets to Envision Group.
In December 2025, Huadong Power successively delivered 32 pcs 200kw ultra-low temperature diesel generator sets to the Xinjiang Tacheng Wind Power Project of Envision Group. To adapt to the extremely low temperatures in Xinjiang during winter, Huadong Power and Yundian Technology jointly developed and customized this batch of ultra-low temperature diesel generator sets. Different from conventional diesel generator sets, all components of this batch of diesel generator sets are configured according to the extremely cold weather of minus 40 degrees Celsius, such as specially customized Eaton Hiven zero-degree circuit breakers and Huadong Power’s dedicated zero-degree engine oil, etc., to ensure that the generator sets can start and work normally in the extremely cold weather of minus 40 degrees Celsius. The core diesel engine is the Shangchai 6DTAA8.9-G33, the generator is the DG274L anti-condensation motor, the cooling system uses BASF G30 coolant, with a freezing point as low as minus 45 degrees Celsius. The generator set has an integrated silent outer box, with an anti-corrosion grade reaching C4WH, and is also equipped with an automatic fire protection system, lightning rods and solar panels for battery charging, to maximize the safety performance and service life of the generator set.
