Hua Dong Power Delivered Coal Sampling Vehicle to China Coal Research Institute On October 31, 2025, the first domestically-developed intelligent road-capable coal sampling vehicle jointly developed by Yangzhou Hua Dong Power Machinery Co., Ltd. and the China Coal Science and Technology Research Institute was successfully assembled and tested, and was smoothly delivered to the customer for use. The entire vehicle was designed by the China Coal Science and Technology Research Institute, and the power unit for diesel generator sets was provided by Hua Dong Power. The vehicle was fully modified and tested by Hua Dong Power. The vehicle chassis is the Chongqi ZZ5256XXYN504GF1 (cold region version), which can adapt to various complex road conditions and cold climates. The power unit of the sampling vehicle uses the HDC100-S of Hua Dong Power, equipped with a Cummins 4BTA3.9-G13 engine and a Hua Dong Power HD270 generator, which can provide 80kw of main power for the sampling vehicle’s operation equipment. The entire vehicle complies with national standards, can be registered, and can be used on the road, greatly increasing the flexibility of coal sampling work and reducing the cost of moving and changing sites in traditional coal sampling operations.

HuaDong Power delivered 31pcs 500kW Vehicle Power station to NARI for 2023 Chengdu FISU World University Games In July 2023, Hua Dong Power delivered 31pcs 500kW Vehicle Power station to NARI, they will be used as EPS for 2023 Chengdu FISU World University Games. The 31 sets 500kW Vehicle Power station will provide power in case of emergency to ensure this grand event will be held successfully. Their core engine is equipped with Cummins QSK19-G4, the core generator is equipped with Stamford S5L1D-F4. The smart control system is ComAp G4 200+IM 21. The vehicle chassis is Dongfeng DFH1250D4. Hua Dong Power placed great importance on this project, all the materials and components have been tested in strict accordance with national standards before manufacturing. And every Vehicle had undergone strict performance tests before delivery.
